This is an extremely high capacity single insert with performance to impress. These inserts are perfect for daytime use or for overnight paired with a Hemp Booster Insert for better and prolonged absorbency and holding results. 

Easy to wash, very quick to dry and do not require soaking. Remove from pocket, remove any solids, rinse and pop in with your normal wash.
